This is me after getting my new bike in December, 2005. What a great Christmas present. Starting out at 285lbs I had a lot of work to do before starting across the US. So a few trips around the cul d' sac and I'm ready to go. Notice my nice new bike a Specialized Sequoia. Nice clips on my peddles. This is right before I crashed with Brett on the Pinellas trail. One of my first rides. Just about $300 damage. Luckily Brett advised me to check with American Express about coverage since the bike was purchased with my Amex card. They covered it!!
